The series finale of Breaking Bad was as good as the rest of the series. The final episode delivered a great end to a fantastic series. The few loose ends were tied, there was no wiggle room, it did not leave me wanting and there are no real lingering questions to answer/argue.
This was a great five years series and once again proves that good story can be told and ended without running for 7+ years and having a drek finale. When I think back to some other favorite shows: Lost, Buffy, Angel, and Battlestar, they ended but there were issues left unresolved to say the least. Here Breaking Bad ended and ended well. Take another look Hollywood, run a show, gain a fan base, win accolades and end it on a high note (on pun intended).
The end of Breaking Bad was also the end of the first month of the NFL. The Broncos are a mighty 4-0, but they better when they beat a good team. The Giants, Riders and Eagles right now are awful, and are not the basis for telling if Denver is truly that good. They have beaten four meh! teams and should. Now give them a challenge and see what happens.
A Denver win and a great series finale. If I didn't have to work, this would have been a near perfect Sunday.
