Well I gave these new things a look.
Taeencth chariot thing. It has all the horrors, screamers, flamer and fire effects you might expect. I'm guessing it will have random shooting effects you roll for or some lame-o rule like that. That seems the go to for 40K Chaos stuff. Probably be...."Roll on a chart before firing to see what you will be shooting after you declare a target." or something awful like that. It is not super ugly, just not for me and neither is Tzeencth.
A Khorne Herald.......who is Finecast and not very impressive. A few bits on a regular Bloodletter would just as well as this. Plus it is Finecast and frak that!
Lose the tongue and this is pretty sweet for a Nurgle Herald. The upside it is all plastic too!
Slaanesh Herald and at least it has a different pose than the other Demonettes .I still like the previous metal Demonette models better. Didn't we all?
Khorne Skull Cannon/ Chariot and it is stupid looking. The gun looks tacked on and stupid. The squigg looking front monster mount is dumb. What the hell is this thing? Why not just make a bitchin' chariot with a Bloodcrusher pulling it? This is a mess!
Plauge Drones of Nurgle and the bugs look great! The riders are fraking terrible and seem to be just set on there. Like the bugs and would run them without riders, since they are just stupid looking the way they have them posed. Who green signed off on that as a good look?
Overall I am sorely unimpressed. Maybe they will update the outdated Great Demons? They all are in dire need of that.Then again they could easily make them worse then they are now. The outlook of my 40K demon army gets ever darker................
