Our trip to the Storm Crow Tavern....

....or one of my favorite places on Earth!

This has been a place I have been hoping to visit for a few years now. A nerd/gamer tavern?
Yes please!

Red truck= typical and unoffensive lager.

A hail the mighty Cthulhu!

So much fun wall decor.

Wall of horror icons and stuff.
Guess where we sat?

Doom Hammer above the bar!
Nice!

Then we hit the booze!

You can never go wrong with a Fallout themed menu.
Plus the random shot rolls are just too fun!

Cthulhu and a Nintendo light gun as tappers!

We played a game of Dexter. We were fans of the first few seasons, so why not?
Just one of a myriad of games they have for people to play there.
Not a terrible game, but not great either. Just like the show.

My first shot....the Jack Burton.
A must for me. It was a shot of amaretto and a beer.
"May the wings of liberty never lose a feather."

Then we got a Purple Worm and a Sonic Screwdriver.

No kings are fighting to sit on this throne, or are they?

Hmmmmmm....a cryptic message.

OH NOES!!!!!

I approve of their fire exit!

The tavern was a really cool and chill place. There was so much nerdy there it was hard to take it all in at once.

There were godzilla movies playing. There were people gaming. It was a pretty small place, but there was plenty of room. The food was descent. The booze was better! The game selection was impressive.
I loved this place!

A really damn fine establishment and I would highly recommend it for any geek, nerd, neo-maxi zoom dweeby, or dork.

Now we had to hit the Storm Crow Alehouse in another part of town and see how it compared.
